Community Economic Development: Public 2nd Hearing on the 2022 Annual Action Plan

Lake County is required to submit an Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD) in order to receive funds from the Community Development Block
Grant Program (CDBG), HOME Program and Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESG). The
County will not receive any direct funding under the ESG Program. However, it may apply for,
and compete for, funding under this program.
